Well person care
60 minute appointment – $200, (lab work not included in fee)
30 minute appointment – $100, (lab work not included in fee)
*We are a self pay practice and do not accept insurance.
Payment plans are available and due in full by 36 weeks. We also accept barter services including bodywork, auto maintenance, cleaning services, and household repair services.
We offer a 50% discount for medicaid patients, as well as discounts for solo and teen parents. Please reach out if cost is a barrier and I’m happy to work out a plan with you.
